We ship within the Netherlands. Packaging, handling and postage: 0–5 kg €7,98 · 5–10 kg €9,98 · 10–20 kg €14,98 · 20–30 kg €18,98. Items in stock usually ship within 24 hours to 10 days; items ordered from abroad take 3–6 weeks. Pickup in our Den Haag boutique is free.

Exchanges are possible within 4 days of receipt by registered return, provided the item is unopened and undamaged. No cash refunds — you receive a store credit valid for 3 months. Custom-made items, jewellery, lingerie, perfume and make-up cannot be exchanged.
