Do I need an appointment?
Yes — please call first so we can give you personal, unhurried attention, especially for bridalwear and styling advice.
Do you ship orders?
We ship within the Netherlands. Packaging, handling and postage: 0–5 kg €7,98 · 5–10 kg €9,98 · 10–20 kg €14,98 · 20–30 kg €18,98. Items in stock usually ship within 24 hours to 10 days; items ordered from abroad take 3–6 weeks. See Payment & Shipping.
Which payment methods do you accept?
iDEAL, Visa and Mastercard online, bank transfer to IBAN NL66RABO0303867663 (in the name of Jay’s Fashion b.v., stating the invoice number), cash on delivery (rembours) on request, or pay in store when you pick up your order.
Can you help with sizing?
Absolutely — call us for sizing advice, colour matching and custom fitting options for special occasions.
What is your exchange policy?
Exchanges are possible within 4 days of receipt by registered return, provided the item is unopened and undamaged. We do not give cash refunds — you receive a store credit valid for 3 months. Clothing from our collection, made-to-measure items, jewellery, lingerie, perfume and make-up cannot be exchanged. See the Terms & Conditions (Dutch).
